Q : My PVC kayak has a puncture, how can I repair it?

: All our items are sold with a repair kit. You can access all the inflatable PVC parts of each boat and use the provided patch and glue to repair the puncture. In case the damage is too big, you can contact your nearest dealer and he can assist you to order the required spare part.
Q : My fabric covered kayak has a puncture, how can I repair it?
R :
The fabric covered kayaks have zippers in order to access to the inflatable PVC parts. By opening these zippers, you can easily take out the bladder and either repair it if possible or replace it.
Q : Who guarantees the quality of Sevylor Kayaks?
R :
Sevylor enjoys now a long reputation in the inflatable business. Also we work very closely with reputed European testing houses (TUV…) who certify our kayaks are in conformity with relevant European and international standards.
Q : What is covered by your warranty?
R :
The warranty on our products covers material and assembly defects (welding). The warranty is only valid for normal use of the product. Any inadequate use and abuse will void the warranty.
Q : How long is the warranty on your products?
R :
: Our kayaks meet all national warranty regulations.. In order to claim warranty issues, you need to keep your invoice / sales slip. The invoice will be required for any warranty claim. Please contact your dealer in order to check how he can assist you with the possible warranty problem
Q : If I can not repair the product myself, how can I do?
R :
You dealer will be the right person to contact. He may have an after sale service and in any case, he will be able to contact us in order to replace the parts or product if the warranty covers the damage.
